# Withdrawn or Invalid Agreements

If any key partner (e.g., an exchange or marketing provider) withdraws participation, or if submitted documents or wallet addresses lose legal validity or authenticity, the system initiates a refund.\
This ensures that the project cannot proceed without verified commitments from third-party participants.
