# Tokenomics Alterations

Any changes to tokenomics after GPT360 verification—including redistribution of tokens, changes to vesting schedules, team allocations, marketing or liquidity shares—are considered a breach of conditions.\
Such alterations compromise transparency and may impact investment risk, triggering a refund to all participants in the round.

**Key elements:**

* Tokenomics verification is recorded in the hash of the approved document.
* Any discrepancy automatically blocks access to funds.
* Refunds are executed for all investors, even if some milestones were achieved.
