# Detected Misrepresentation or Fraud

If GPT360 identifies false data, concealed information, or signs of fraud during verification or post-listing (in documents, smart contracts, or financial reports), the escrow immediately activates the refund procedure.\
The project is flagged as **“Non-Compliant”**, blocked on the platform, and categorized as violating the terms.

**Key elements:**

* Automatic notification to all investors of the violation.
* Public recording of the reason for refund in the Sigma3 registry.
* The project cannot reapply without a full investigation and re-verification.
