# Listing Confirmation & Milestone Policy

A project’s **Listing Milestone** is reached only when all predefined listing conditions are met and verified.

**Listing Milestone Definition**

Includes:

* Exchange agreement
* Verified listing date
* Locked tokenomics
* Provider readiness confirmations

**Listing Window**

Typical window: **1–2 weeks** post-fundraising. Failure to list triggers refund mode automatically.

**Partial or Delayed Listings**

For multi-exchange listings, funds tied to each verified milestone are released independently; delays may prompt refunds or short-term extensions.

**Verification Evidence**

All proofs (documents, emails, contract hashes) are timestamped and stored immutably.

**Failure & Outcome Reporting**

If proofs are missing or disputed, the round is frozen, investigated, and refunded if unresolved.\
Successful rounds generate a **Listing Verification Report** with proof hashes and transaction IDs.
