A project’s Listing Milestone is reached only when all predefined listing conditions are met and verified.

Listing Milestone Definition

Includes:

• Exchange agreement

• Verified listing date

• Locked tokenomics

• Provider readiness confirmations

Listing Window

Typical window: 1–2 weeks post-fundraising. Failure to list triggers refund mode automatically.

Partial or Delayed Listings

For multi-exchange listings, funds tied to each verified milestone are released independently; delays may prompt refunds or short-term extensions.

Verification Evidence

All proofs (documents, emails, contract hashes) are timestamped and stored immutably.

Failure & Outcome Reporting

If proofs are missing or disputed, the round is frozen, investigated, and refunded if unresolved. Successful rounds generate a Listing Verification Report with proof hashes and transaction IDs.
